The Project was the result of an International Design Competition run jointly between the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, New South Wales Chapter and the City-West Development Corporation of the New South Wales State Government.

The building involves seventy-six apartments in an urban suburb of Sydney with a design that represents the highest density any government in Australia has accepted for a sub-urban site.

The project involved a collaboration with government authorities on various tiers as well as a developer client in order to ensure that the scheme was at once profitable as well as meeting the competition requirements.
