In 1995 Evan was recipient of the NSW Government Architect’s Scholarship and as part of this scholarship Evan worked as an Architectural cadet for the NSW Government Architect’s Office till 2004. During this time Evan worked in a number of the specialist sections in the office including Heritage Group, Public Buildings Group, Education Design Group and the Government Architect’s Design Directorate (GADD). Evan also worked during this time with the then Design Directors of the office, Lindsay & Kerry Clare.
From 2004-2006 Evan worked in the office of Jahn Associates gaining experience in residential projects including single residences and medium density housing.
In 2006 Evan joined Candalepas Associates Architects and since this time he has worked in the areas of residential, (both single and medium & high density), educational & commercial buildings.
