Andrew Scott was born in England and Graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2002 with First Class Honours in a post-graduate degree with undergraduate studies from the same university. He undertook a course of study under a scholarship grant at Vrije Universiteit Brussels, between 1999 and 2000.

Since graduation, Andrew has worked at Candalepas Associates where he was appointed an Associate of the practice in 2007. He has won numerous awards in his own right including a Timber Design Award in 2008 for his design of a building in Newtown Sydney and the University of Newcastle Dean’s Medal.

is work at Candalepas Associates has included key roles in award-winning projects such as the Cullen/Aalhuzien House, the Messy House, Lamia, Castlereagh Street Offices. Andrew has taught the final year students of the Master of Architecture Course at the University of New South Wales since 2006.
