Evan Pearson (Senior Associate) was born in Newcastle, Australia in 1975 and graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 2000 with a Bachelor of Architecture. In 1995 Evan was recipient of the NSW Government Architect’s Scholarship and as part of this scholarship Evan worked for the NSW Government Architect’s Office until 2004. During this time Evan worked in a number of the specialist sections in the Government Architect’s office including the Design Directorate (GADD) and also with the then Design Directors of the practice, Lindsay & Kerry Clare. From 2004-2006 Evan worked in the office of Jahn Associates gaining experience in residential projects including single residences and medium density housing.

In 2006 Evan joined Candalepas Associates Architects and since this time he has worked in the areas of residential (both single, medium & high density), educational & commercial buildings. include 61 Yorks St, All Saints Grammar School, deNode Apartments in Surry Hills and the Prince Street apartments in Cronulla.
